Chapter Accomplishment

• Sent group of 10 chapter members to volunteer at FIMRC’s clinic site in El Salvador in January 2009
• Sent group of 18 chapter members to volunteer at each of FIMRC’s three medical mission sites in Peru
• Sponsored a pizza party social event for current active chapter members to raise donations of vitamins. The event raised about 40 bottles of vitamins, which were donated to FIMRC’s clinic in El Salvador
• Raised funds by renting a room at a local brewery and playing live music.
• Volunteered at a rehabilitation center for children with severe mental and physical disabilities, centers for the elderly
• Volunteered at a center for the elderly, providing companionship to residents
• Volunteered at a center for immigrant and refugee families to help ease cultural adjustment
• Sent 10 chapter members to volunteer at FIMRC’s clinic site in El Salvador in March 2009
• Maintained active membership of over 450
• Held benefit events to raise funds for international mission trips
• Organized group of 12 volunteers for a mission trip to FIMRC’s site in Costa Rica in December 2007
• Organized group of 10 volunteers for a mission trip to FIMRC’s site in Peru in December 2007
• Organized group of 12 volunteers for a mission trip to FIMRC’s site in Peru in January 2008
